Permission You Didn't Know You Needed #MentalBreak #Prayer #Rest

A prayer for this moment

Jesus, I didn't know I needed permission to rest. I'm weary and burdened, and You invite me to come. So I'm coming. Give me rest that sleep alone can't give, and teach me the gentle way You carry life. Amen.
