Your Grip Never Let Go

Name: Your Grip Never Let Go | Soaking Worship for Tension | Anxiety Relief
Uploaded: 2026-05-29T12:00:00-07:00
Duration: 31 s
Description: Your grip never fully loosened. Even after the moment passed, your fingers stayed slightly ready. The steering wheel. The grocery cart. The blanket edge. The phone in your hand. The tension stayed small enough to follow you everywhere. Your hands forgot what neutral felt like. Release never fully arrived. Part of you stayed prepared the whole time.

The verse

You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you.

A prayer for this moment

God, I gripped so tightly and never let go. Keep me in perfect peace as I keep my mind on You. I trust You. Help me open my hands and let You hold what I've been clutching. Amen.
